All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

• Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

General Conditions

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
• Products must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all original packaging and accessories.
• The original purchase invoice must be included with your return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Charcoal and briquettes (Charbon de bois et briquettes)
• Products that have been used or installed
• Products with damaged or opened original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Our team will process your request within 48 business hours and send you:

• A return/exchange approval confirmation
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

1. Carefully repackage the product(s) in their original packaging
2. Include the purchase invoice and clearly visible RMA number
3. Ship your package to:

Step 4: Processing by Our Team

Upon receiving your return package:

• We will inspect the returned items (within 3-5 business days)
• We will email you about the status of your return

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after return approval.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• For exchanges, we will ship the new product after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping costs for the replacement item are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
• If the replacement product has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly.

Defective Products or Our Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
